Haly Besaw, Senior Vice President, is a Financial Advisor at Baird, having joined the firm over 15 years ago. She specializes in helping people effectively manage transitional life events, and strives to enhance their confidence in the future. As a financial professional who has personal experience in life-changing events, she utilizes her internal knowledge and financial expertise to help clients turn challenging times into opportunities.
Haly earned her Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Following her graduation, Haly married her lab partner Mike. They lived in California where they worked as engineers for The Department of the Navy on various missile and target systems. This taught her how to think analytically and strategically. She carries these skills from her time as an engineer into her financial practice, utilizing the newest technology to create comprehensive financial plans for clients. Her collaborative style allows her to become a trusted partner with clients, working together to achieve their life goals.
Haly is very active in the community of Cedarburg, where she lives with her husband. She has a , and you can find her volunteering for local organizations, swimming, and biking in her free time. Haly is the President of Lakeshore Symphonic Band where she plays the flute. As Vice President on the Board for Next Act Theatre, she enjoys supporting the local arts community.

Brianna has been working with Haly for over 4 years and is thrilled to be part of the Besaw Hoskins Team! As someone who has vast experience working with diverse groups of individuals, Brianna understands the power of human connection and is devoted to making a positive impact on her client's lives. As a proud alumna of UW-Milwaukee, she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management in 2017. Her passion for empathy and connecting with people is what keeps her going every day. Brianna is a FINRA registered representative, holding her Series 7 & 66 licenses. She also obtained her Resident Intermediary Individual Life, Accident & Health, Variable Life/Variable Annuity and Long-Term Care insurance licenses.
Growing up in the city of Milwaukee, Brianna has a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities within an evolving urban economy. From lively neighborhoods, to thriving local businesses, Brianna has witnessed firsthand the importance of financial literacy and being resourceful in navigating the city's diverse financial landscape.
When Brianna is not presenting financial plans, she is devoted to supporting anything arts! Growing up, theater and playing her flute was an incredible outlet for her. She hopes her daughter will one day share these same passions. Brianna and her partner Sam enjoy attending local Milwaukee events all year round with their daughter Luna, and teaching her the power of community.
Ethan Gebert
Client Specialist
Ethan Gebert is a Client Specialist for The Besaw Hoskins Group. As a recent graduate, he brings a youthful perspective to the team, and relates to clients as someone who has worked hard throughout his young career to set goals and achieve milestones.
After watching his parents grow into careers they had true passions for, he wants to help others reach their goals and eliminate the ambiguity of their finances. He is motivated, ambitious and diligent in his work, and a strong new addition to the team.
Ethan earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In his free time, you’ll find Ethan on the golf course or playing volleyball at Bradford Beach.
